We are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring transparent, minimal data collection designed solely to empower your coaching workflows.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the necessary information required to operate and secure your account:

• Account Information: When you register an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials.
• Google OAuth Authentication Data: If you choose to sign in using Google 1-Click Authentication, we receive your verified email address, basic profile name, and account identifier from Google. We do not access your contacts, Google Drive, calendar, or any other Google service data.
• Tactical Formations and Drills: Tactical layout titles, pitch coordinates, player positions, numbers, custom kit colors, and keyframe animations that you explicitly save to your cloud account.
• Usage & Diagnostic Data: Basic technical logs, browser types, operating systems, and anonymous performance telemetry necessary to maintain 60 FPS WebGL rendering and prevent software crashes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data exclusively for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the 3D tactical whiteboard and keyframe studio.
• To synchronize your custom tactical drills and pitch formations across your devices via our cloud database.
• To authenticate your identity and protect your cloud tactical layouts with strict Row-Level Security (RLS).
• To process subscriptions and billing transactions securely.
• To provide customer support and notify you of critical software updates or security advisories.

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information or tactical playbooks to third parties or advertisers.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with industry-standard, compliant infrastructure providers:

• Supabase: Provides enterprise-grade authentication and PostgreSQL database infrastructure with encrypted connections and automated backups.
• Vercel: Hosts our web application, edge computing functions, and content delivery network (CDN) with global SSL/TLS encryption.
• Stripe: Processes subscription payments. When you subscribe to Pro, payment credentials (credit card numbers, billing addresses) are transmitted directly to Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. We never store raw payment card data on our servers.
• Google Identity Services: Provides optional 1-Click OAuth sign-in.

5. Data Security & Storage

Your tactical drills and authentication tokens are protected using TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. In addition, our database enforces strict Row-Level Security (RLS), meaning each coach can only access, view, or modify their own saved layouts.

6. Your Rights & Data Control

You maintain complete ownership of your intellectual property and tactical content. At any time, you may:

• Export your tactical layouts to local JSON files via the top toolbar.
• Delete individual saved formations or clear your tactical history.
• Request full deletion of your coach account and all associated cloud layouts by contacting support.
