1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SoccerTactics 3D at https://soccertactics3d.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SoccerTactics 3D provides sports coaches, analysts, and clubs with web-based 3D tactical whiteboard tools, multi-phase keyframe animation engines, 2D telestration tools, cloud layout storage, and video export capabilities.

3. User Accounts & Security

When you register for an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

• Free Tier: We offer a free tier that allows access to basic whiteboard tools, preset formations, 1 keyframe animation phase, and local browser saving.
• Pro Subscription: Certain features, including unlimited animation phases, unlimited cloud storage, high-resolution video exports, and AI tactical assistance, require a paid subscription.
• Billing & Renewals: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the tactical formations, custom drill instructions, and game models you create using the Service. SoccerTactics 3D claims no intellectual property rights over your tactical materials.

Our Platform: The Service, including its 3D graphics, user interfaces, branding, software code, and design elements, is the exclusive property of SoccerTactics 3D and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the 3D match engine.
• Use automated scripts or scrapers to access the Service or overload our infrastructure.
• Circumvent or attempt to tamper with payment gateways, tier restrictions, or account authentication.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful payloads.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% uptime and high performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoccerTactics 3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
